We believe that voters need a comfortable and joyful space at polling sites, a place to celebrate coming together in community. Through this initiative, Partner organizations will host “Safe Sites” at polling locations across the state during early voting and on election day. In 2022, 77 community organizations hosted 417 events at polling locations across 37 counties!

If you have a felony conviction, you are eligible to vote if you have completed your sentence, including any active prison or jail time, as well as any period of probation, post-release supervision, or parole associated with the sentence. You must still register to vote, even if you were registered before the conviction.
If you have remaining financial debt associated with your sentence, you may still vote, as long as your sentence and post-release supervision is complete.
